Quality Assurance Administrative Analyst (Chattanooga, TN)

Shift:

Monday - Friday 6AM-4:30PM (with some weekend)

Description:

The Administrative Analyst reports to the Containment Project Manager. The Administrative Analyst is responsible for providing support to the Containment Project Manager in managing, planning and monitoring projects from conception through implementation. He/she will gather and analyze data to establish and maintain policies, processes and procedures in order to provide support to the project. He/she also assist in preparing various reports that cover various management related reports as well as other administrative duties.

Job Duties:

  • Coordinate the preparation of external and internal reports through collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
  • Reporting on project deliverables and schedules in timely manner and working on overall project planning
  • Monitoring expense reports and project revenue, and reviewing them for completeness and accuracy
  • Develop, design and establish reporting standards and principles
  • Evaluate and monitor the efficiency and performance of each project to make sure the program execution is on target
  • Monitor project budget and review project expenses for accuracy
  • Responsible for daily entry of time sheets and submitting accurate weekly payroll report to operations manager for approval
  • May also be responsible for supporting the project in the development of work instructions, process documents and customer data reporting requirements
  • May also be responsible for the day to day maintenance of project document

Skills / Qualifications :

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience is preferred in Business Management plus 1 - 2 years previous experience in office management
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, while meeting the safety standards of the company and quality expectations of the customer
  • Requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to multi-task, while paying close attention to detail
  • Superior computer knowledge of Microsoft outlook, word, excel, and other programs used in the warehouse
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and reasoning ability
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external functional team in order to resolve quality concerns and communicate with customers/suppliers to resolve quality concerns
  • Be a quick learner and be able to adapt to change
  • Adhere to 6-S properly, i.e., a place for everything and everything in its place
  • Possess superior decision-making skills, organizational and time management skills
